We work closely with regulatory bodies to drive forward our programme of support services to ensure positive outcomes for neurodivergent children, young people and adults.

As a provider of education services and an SQA Approved Centre, The Donaldson Trust receives inspections and visits from Education Scotland. You can view our latest Learning Centre Inspection Report here.

The Donaldson Trust also provides support services to young people and adults and is registered with the Care Inspectorate, receiving inspections and visits.

The Donaldson’s Trust is a registered charity (number SC017417) regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator OSCR. Their work as Regulator ultimately supports public confidence in charities and their work.  Further details relating to OSCR can be found on their website.
