All our teams play an important role in supporting our vision of a society in which neurodivergent people are understood, accepted, treated fairly and valued. From providing a warm welcome at reception to creating positive wellbeing and learning environments, carrying out repairs on site to providing tailored support to those with complex needs.
Our teams are filled with caring and talented individuals who work together to create positive change and are dedicated to giving neurodivergent people a voice.
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is responsible for shaping The Donaldson Trust goals and making sure the organisation runs smoothly.
The Donaldson Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees who contribute to the strategic direction and play a key role in monitoring the implementation of the organisational strategy. They then delegate responsibility to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Specialist Committees.
Working in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees the role of the Advisory Board is to bring both lived experience of neurodivergency and subject matter expertise to the Trust to inform and advise the Trust’s decision making across all its work.
The Donaldson Trust works with a wide range of partners, charitable trusts, grant-making bodies, funders, foundations and supporters. Thank to you all our partners who support our vision of a society in which neurodivergent people are understood, accepted, treated fairly and valued.
