We were delighted to welcome Kirsteen Sullivan – Member of Parliament for Bathgate and Linlithgow – to our campus yesterday where she had the opportunity to learn more about our services and explore potential ways to support our work.
During her visit, Kirsteen met with staff and young people in our Vibe, Gate and Treehouse services as well as the Sensational Learning Centre team, and spoke of her commitment to advocating for better services and opportunities for neurodivergent individuals across her constituency.
“The Donaldson Trust’s work in promoting neurodiversity is crucial, especially when we see such stark gaps in employment rates for neurodivergent individuals compared to other disabled groups. It was a privilege to visit and see firsthand the incredible work they are doing to support neurodivergent young people and their families. I’m excited to support The Donaldson Trust in their efforts to improve services and raise awareness.” – Kirsteen
