As part of Disability Pride Month, we were recently invited along to ScotRail’s pop-up event in Glasgow — a brilliant opportunity to connect, share experiences, and highlight the importance of neuro-inclusion in the workplace.
Our Head of Connect, Louise Storie, and Policy Lead, Stephen Caulfield, had the opportunity to talk with colleagues from across ScotRail about neurodiversity, neurodivergent experiences, and opportunities to strengthen neuro-inclusion in their own teams.
At The Donaldson Trust, our Connect service is dedicated to improving experiences and opportunities for neurodivergent people. Events like these are vital in keeping the conversation going — raising awareness, building understanding, and shaping inclusive environments where everyone is supported to thrive.
We’re grateful to ScotRail for inviting us along. Creating neuro-inclusive spaces doesn’t just benefit neurodivergent individuals — it helps build stronger, more supportive environments for all.
