Helping families find a ‘Future that Fits’
Come along to the Gate Open Evening on Thursday 19 June, 5-7pm, to find out more about our wellbeing and skills development service that supports neurodivergent young people as they transition from school to adult life.
Supporting young people to build a future for themselves at their own pace, Gate offers a calm, structured, and inclusive environment where young people can feel safe, valued, and empowered to take their next steps. Our support is focused on building confidence and wellbeing, developing positive relationships, and helping individuals to plan their future around their strengths and goals – on their terms.
Whether you’re a neurodivergent young adult seeking independence, a parent or carer worried about the next step, or are part of a transitions planning team looking for future options, come along to the Gate Open Evening on Thursday 19 June, between 5-7pm, to tour the Gate service and find out more about the courses on offer, life skills development, and opportunities to explore volunteering, further education, training and employment.
