As the National Body for Neurodiversity, we’re passionate about improving experiences and opportunities for neurodivergent people.

It is estimated that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent – that means potentially almost 15% of the UK population – people you interact with, employ, teach or support.

Creating neuro-inclusive environments where people feel supported to thrive benefits everyone.

Whether you’re at the start of your inclusion journey, or are making progress in developing inclusive practice, we offer a range of training solutions to help you build a neuro-inclusive culture in your organisation.

We offer a range of training courses to help raise awareness of and support neurodiversity in a variety of settings that can be tailored to your organisational needs. We can also work with you to develop bespoke training solutions to support your journey towards neuro-inclusion.

Training Courses

Our training courses will give you:

  • an introduction to neurodiversity, helping to improve awareness;
  • a better understanding of what good practice looks like in a neuro-inclusive environment;
  • helpful advice and guidance on adjustments and effective strategies for supporting neurodivergent people;
  • advice on how to make your environment neuro-inclusive

Our course trainers specialise in neurodiversity and have experience of designing and delivering support services for neurodivergent people.

We’ve proudly supported leading employers, colleges, universities, charities and health providers across the UK, and beyond, in raising awareness of, and embracing neurodiversity to create neuro-inclusive environments. Organisations including Sky, Octopus Energy, NHS and the University of Salford.

Bespoke Support

Our Connect service also offers bespoke support tailored to your needs. We have provided advice and consultancy support ranging from designing a neuro-affirming framework for an individual employee, to providing guides on how best to support new students arriving at university. We’ve advised on tv scripts and actor casting calls to developing ‘train the trainer’ programmes. All with a focus on delivering for neurodivergent people.
