Donaldson's Lodge Gets Another Great Report

The Care Commission has just published their findings following an unannounced inspection on Donaldson's Lodge, our residential facility for Donaldson's School pupils, on Thursday 3rd February.  Once again we were graded 'Very Good' for our Quality of Care and Support. 

Since Donaldson's has previously reached a good level of performance this was a low intensity inspection (introduced in October 2010) and therefore only one quality theme was inspected.  The report concluded:

"Donaldson's are committed to providing a high quality service where the needs of children and young people are very well met. They provide a warm friendly atmosphere where children and young people are relaxed and happy".
