The Chief Executive Officer of the Donaldson's Trust, Linlithgow, invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the post of:

Director of Corporate Services
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.

During the last year  the Donaldson's Trust has gone through a period of significant change and is now seeking to develop a holistic provision with empowering opportunities for young people living with challenges to maximise and enhance their ability to lead an independent and fulfilling life and make a positive contribution to 'society'.

The trust. Is now seeking a dynamic and creative individual with proven skills in change management and values based leadership.  The successful candidate will have experience in leading a commercial function and possess demonstrable experience of creating proactive working relationships with staff, external partners in key agencies. They will be comfortable in working in a demanding environment and can develop, implement and manage effective changes, at pace, within an organisation. They will challenge the norm and provide reasoned business cases for change.

This post offers the challenge of working with the CEO, being part of SMT and the Board of Trustees towards shaping the future direction of the Trust.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.

The Trust is now seeking a dynamic and creative individual with proven skills in change management and values based leadership. The successful candidate will have experience in leading and supporting young people in personal development and developing the skills to make positive life choices, by supporting the transition from school to adult life. The ability to develop effective networks to support individuals in their communities and lead a small team of support workers.

This post offers the challenge of working with the CEO, SMT, EMT and the Board of Trustees towards shaping the future direction of the Trust.

Volunteering Opportunities

We have no volunteering opportunities available within our Education or Care Departments.

Donaldson's School, however, relies heavily on donations to support our work with children and young people who are deaf or have communication difficulties. We are looking to recruit volunteers who would be willing to help with fundraising events both within and outwith the School.
