The Chief Executive Officer of The Donaldson's Trust, Linlithgow, invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the post of:

Senior Administrator - Maternity Cover - 1 Year

During the last year the Donaldson's Trust has gone through a period of significant change and is now seeking to develop a holistic provision with empowering opportunities for young people living with challenges to maximise and enhance their ability to lead an independent and fulfilling life and make a positive contribution to 'society'.

The Trust is now seeking a dynamic and creative individual to take on the role of Senior Administrator, providing 1 year maternity cover within the Administration team.

Reporting to the Administration Manager the successful candidate will require someone with excellent organisation and time management skills with proven experience of working within a busy and multi-disciplined function to assist in the day to day administration of the Trust, ensuring all Trust standards and targets are met and maintained.

Applications are invited from self-motivated individuals with a pro-active approach who enjoy working on their own as well as part of a team.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of experience in the use of Microsoft packages are essential qualities, as is the ability to produce high quality, accurate work to strict deadlines.

This is a hands on role and requires someone with strong leadership qualities as you will be responsible for the administration team in the Administration Managers absence.

This post offers the challenge of working with the Trust's Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees towards shaping the future direction of the Trust.
