#JunX10n Team

One of the services operated by The Donaldson Trust is #Junx10n, the #JunX10n Team consists of:

Zofia Bukiel
Zofia BukielAssistant Manager

Zofia joined #JunX10n in April 2018 and has over 7 years experience working within the third sector, primarily providing services to young people with additional support needs. Zofia has undertaken a variety of role, including but not exclusively, various support worker roles, independent and collective advocacy, inclusion specialist and managerial roles.   With this Zofia brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, along with a flare of creativity to #JunX10n and supports the team within #JunX10n.

Zofia is passionate about supporting and empowering young people to realise and achieve their potential and most importantly having their voices heard throughout the process.

Kirsty Donaldson
Kirsty Donaldson Service Manager

Kirsty graduated from Moray House (Edinburgh University) in 2000 with a BEd (Primary) and went to work in Edinburgh council between 2000 and 2005 within the mainstream sector.

In 2005 Kirsty accepted her firstpost within a primary special needs setting.  She gained a post graduate certificate in Autism from Strathclyde University in 2010 before joining the staff here in Donaldson’s in the secondary, working with the pupils with more complex needs. In 2014 Kirsty took on the post of Principal Teacher and has recently achieved General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCs) recognition for Leadership.

In August 2018 Kirsty took on the post of Service Manager working in the Trust’s #JunX10n service.

Alan Corrie
Alan CorrieTrainer

Alan is a Trainer working with the young people in the Trust’s #JunX10n service particularly around Digital Media Skills Development.

Rhona Gordon
Rhona Gordon Skills Development Mentor

Rhona joined The Donaldson Trust in September 2015 as a Specialist Transition Worker before joining #JunX10n as a Skills Development Mentor.

Rhona worked as an Education Support Worker in an SEBD school for 10 years prior to joining the Trust.

Rhona believes we should embrace each child and young person as an individual who is capable of anything they set their minds to.

Jeanie Hutchison
Jeanie HutchisonSkills Development Mentor

Jeanie started working in Donaldson’s School in September 2015 as a Specialist Learning Support Assistant before joining the #JunX10n team as a Skills Development Mentor in September 2016.

Amy McDonnell
Amy McDonnellSkills Development Mentor

Amy is a Skills Development Mentor working in the Trust’s #JunX10n service.
