Prospective Parents
For all parents, choosing the right school for your son or daughter is a major decision. For this reason we actively encourage all parents to visit Donaldson's for a personal insight into the education and care we provide our pupils. We hold regular Prospective Parents Mornings, on the last Friday of every month (see below) and you can also request a copy of our short DVD (2008) all about the school and a full colour prospectus.

If you are interested in finding out more about a place for your child at Donaldson’s, visiting the modern campus and meeting our specialist staff in person, then why not come along to one of our informal Prospective Parent’s mornings here in Linlithgow?

- Friday 26th March 2010

Each morning commences at 0930 and finishes around 1100 and includes:
- A warm welcome from Donaldson’s Head Teacher or Depute Head Teacher, followed by a presentation on our educational provision and resources
- Brief presentations from Donaldson’s Educational Audiologist and our Head of Speech and Language Therapy. Also, if interested in a residential placement, you will get the opportunity to meet with either the Head or Depute Head of Residential Childcare
- A full tour of Donaldson’s modern campus
- Refreshments and the opportunity for questions
Donaldson's has also produced a short complimentary DVD about the school which you may wish to view prior to your visit. The DVD is produced in English and BSL with full subtitles throughout. To request a DVD and/or reserve your place for any of the above dates please contact:

School DVD and Prospectus
 In November 2008 we invited a camera crew on campus for 2 full days to capture daily life at Donaldson's. We also interviewed some pupils, staff and also a parent. The DVD lasts no more than 12 minutes and is presented in both spoken English, British Sign Language and subtitles.
The DVD now comes as part of the Donaldson's Prospectus, a full colour brochure about the school. We strongly encourage all interested parents to request a full Prospectus including the DVD. The DVD in particular is an excellent way to show your child what our school is like.
