Donaldson's have 3 meetings rooms available to hire which are situated adjacent to the reception area Visitors can also hire out the Community Room, a lovely spacious, bright room based in the primary wing

Meeting Rooms

Our small rooms are ideal for roundtable meetings, conference break-out, and training events and video-conferencing. To view a typical meeting room in detail please view it in our virtual tour.

The Meeting Pods are set close to the school entrance and are private, accessible and suitable for meetings even during school hours.

The Community Room is based within the primary wing.  It is a large bright room, ideal for less formal meetings or community events.

This large Meeting Pod is perfect for meetings and is sponsored by CALA Homes.

Meeting Pod 2

Pod 2 is a smaller private room which is perfect for small meetings or interviews and also has additional video and teleconferencing facilities.

Community Room

A comfortable, bright and modern room located within our Primary wing which has direct outside access to the children's playground.

Due to its location within the school this room only available in the evening during term time but is available to book anytime during school holidays or at the weekend.

As we are a non-profit organisation, any profits made from holding your event at Donaldson's will be reinvested into the education, therapy and care of our pupils.  (Charity number SC017417)
