Conferences & Exhibitions

Donaldson's large assembly hall creates the perfect space for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and events. Please visit our virtual tour to view the assembly space and sports halls.

This bright modern space can be used in a number of ways and thanks to a large glass partition you can choose to hire either the whole area or just one half.  Alternatively you can choose to divide the room if you wish to have different activities or areas within your event.  Previous events chose to use the smaller half for their refreshments and some use this space purely for exhibitors and the larger half for their main event.

Adjoined to the Assembly Hall is our fantastic Sports Hall, which is also an excellent area for conferences or concerts.

Facilities:

• Built in projector and screen (assembly hall only)
• PC and WiFi
• Soundfield system
• PA System
• A modular stage can be provided. This can be adapted to suit most events.

Capacity:

• Full Assembly Hall - maximum 200
• Large half of Assembly Hall - maximum 100
• Small half of Assembly Hall - maximum 50

Costs:

• Daytime Hire (before 5pm) - £30 per hour
• Evening (after 5pm) & Weekend Hire - £40 per hour

As we are a non-profit organisation, any profits made from holding your event at Donaldson's will be reinvested into the education, therapy and care of our pupils.  (Charity number SC017417)
