The Donaldson Trust is governed by the Board of Trustees and is a registered charity (SCO17417) regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator OSCR (see regulatory).
The Trust has been through several changes over recent years therefore the Board of Trustees have recently reviewed its charitable purpose to reflect its plans for the future strategic direction of The Trust.
