Meeting Rooms for Hire
Donaldson's offer a number of smaller rooms designed specifically for meetings, training events and video-conferencing.
Situated within the school reception area, the Meeting Pods are very private and are available at all times, including during school hours. They are conveniently located with easy access to the entrance, bistro and toilets.
The Community Room is based within the primary wing. It is a large bright room, ideal for less formal meetings or community events.
CALA Meeting Pod (Pod 1)
The CALA Meeting Pod was sponsored by CALA Homes and comes equipped with PC and SmartBoard installed and is Wireless Internet enabled. The room also has tea and coffee making facilities available and a TV and DVD player are available on request.
Capacity - maximum 12 people (with tables) or 20 people (without tables)
Price - £20 per hour (daytime) and £30 per hour (outwith school hours)
Meeting Pod 2
Meeting Pod 2 is ideal if you require a small private room for meetings or interviews. It is also set up with video and teleconferencing facilities.
Capacity - maximum 6 people (with tables) or 10 people (without tables)
Price - £20 per hour (daytime) and £30 per hour (evening)
Meeting Pod 3
Meeting Pod 3 is very similar to the CALA meeting room and comes equipped with PC and SmartBoard and is Wireless Internet enabled. The room also has tea and coffee making facilities available and a TV and DVD player are available on request.
Capacity - maximum 12 people (with tables) or 20 people (without tables)
Price - £25 per hour (daytime) and £35 per hour (evening)
Community Room
The Community Room is a lovely light area located within our Primary wing and has direct access to the children's playground. There is no computer installed in this room but a mobile SmartBoard and laptop can be placed in the room if required. The room also comes equipped with its own sink and tea and coffee making facilities.
Due to its location within the school this room is available to book only available outwith school hours or term times.
Capacity - maximum 12 people (with tables) or 20 people (without tables)
Price - £25 per hour (daytime) and £35 per hour (evening)
