Fitness Suite
The Fitness Suite includes modern programmable treadmills, rowing machines and bikes. The suite also includes a number of pneumatic weight lifting apparatus and a digital TV. Ideal for personal trainers or small fitness groups requiring a place to work out.
Costs £60 per hour (daytime) and £70 per hour (evening)
An induction by a qualified Personal Trainer and a signed Indemnity Form must be completed before the Fitness Suite can be used.
